My name is Michael Carter, Operations Manager. I have been performing this role since November 2015 prior to which, I also worked within the team, making telephone calls and managing projects for our clients and as a result, I have an excellent understanding of the company, the team and what we are capable of achieving, which is why we have not lost a client in two years. My previous roles include recruitment which gives me a great foundation when LBE are looking to employ additional team members.
It is my responsibility to run the day to day operations ensuring we have a good working environment and that the team have the tools to do their job to the best of their ability.
